CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOM SIGN?
I do not accept returns or exchange on any custom or made to order items. In the event of an error made on my end, I will happily rectify the issue.
DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENTS?
Unfortunately, there is always the chance that an order can get damaged during shipping. I am happy to fix or replace the piece if insurance has been purchased at the time of shipping. You will need to drop your package off at an eligible shipping location.
