HOW DO I ORDER?

Please fill out a form found under 'CUSTOM ORDER' to begin the process. Please keep in mind that as a one person operation, I handle everything from design to customer service so it may take some time to respond.

Every sign is different and a detailed conversation will help ensure we both are on the same page before we can move forward in working together. this is why I do not simply have listings to purchase.

All available/pre-ordered products can be purchased under 'SHOP'.

DO YOU SHIP?

Yes! Domestically and Internationally. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND TIMELINE

For custom orders, shipping cost will vary based on item size, weight, and destination and is an additional cost to your order. Shipping will be provided to you separate from the sign quote itself. It will depend on your location and the size of your package. I do not control shipping rates. Custom orders will be subject to a case by case delivery timeframe. Buyers will be responsible for any tax and duty fees, if applicable. 

All available products found under 'SHOP' will be shipped within a week and shipping costs will be available at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any tax and duty fees, if applicable.

CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOM SIGN

I do not accept returns or exchange on any custom or made to order items. In the event of an error made on my end, I will happily rectify the issue.

DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENTS

Unfortunately, there is always the chance that an order can get damaged during shipping. I am happy to fix or replace the piece if insurance has been purchased at the time of shipping. You will need to drop your package off at an eligible shipping location. 


HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?

Due to liabilities, I will not be attaching any hardware to any larger pieces, but will be provided to you. Larger pieces will include an easy two part hanging cleat. I am not responsible for any damages due to hardware installation. Other pieces may include D-rings, sawtooth hooks or command strips. I am not responsible for any damage due to hanging or from signs falling. 

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently, I only accept cash, cheque, e-transfer or Paypal. I calculate my pricing in Canadian funds. For international buyers, using Paypal allows you to convert USD to CDN. Paypal is subject to a fee of 5%.
